Northshore Middle School Music Boosters is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to support and promote excellence in the NMS music program, which includes band, orchestra, and choir. Our purpose is to raise supplemental funds and provide volunteer and administrative support, as needed, for the program and directors.

Music Boosters supports the NMS music program, in cooperation with the directors, by:

• Raising supplemental funds to:

  • Purchase items for the program that are beyond the “baseline” curriculum

  • Supplement the cost of and maintain uniforms

• Providing support/assistance with uniform fittings and collecting student payments

• Providing support in chaperoning activities, if needed

To maintain our non-profit status, the NMS Music Boosters is led by a board of directors which, at a minimum, includes a President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Meetings are on the third Thursday of each month and are open to all music booster members.
